You were there for me!

 

 

After visiting at least 20 open houses, where I signed the register every time indicating what I was looking for and my timeline for purchasing a new home, you were the ONLY realtor who followed up with me.  You listened to what I needed, and you were willing to work with me knowing that I had an obligation to fulfill my 1-year lease term.  You drove me to listed homes all the way from Sun Lakes to Gold Canyon.  Always with an extra bottle of water and a great smile and attitude.  It was a pleasure to be in your company. When the right home was located, you didn’t stop there.  Since the home was a new home construction, you dealt with the builder’s representative to assure that I got all the incentives available.  You went with me to the new home selection center and advised on all my upgrades.  You dealt with the lender and compared their rates and terms to be sure I was getting the best possible loan, and then you negotiated between you, the builder and the lender to LOCK in my rate for six months with NO cost to me.  Had you not done that, I would never have been able to close on this house, because rates had increased significantly during the time it took to build the home.  You sat with me through the closing to be sure everything was in order even though the process was delayed for over two hours.  You were “THERE” for every step of the process and I am enjoying my beautiful home today as a result of your excellent service and work ethic.
