Michelle helped me find the most perfect house on a Lake in Gilbert Arizona. I was pretty picky. I limited my search to 2 zip codes, insisted on being on the water and insisted on either a foreclosure or a short sale. I lived out of town during the search and Michelle engaged in this search with my sister. It took about 8 months to find the perfect house, but it was a second home so I was not in a hurry. There were a lot of ups and downs with this particular purchase. Michelle was able to navigate the foreclosure/short sale market, which not all realtors could handle. After some great negotiating on Michelle’s part with the bank, she was able to wrestle the home away from them at a fair price. I have never worked with a realtor as seasoned as Michelle. She is a delight! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
