I cannot even put into words how wonderful Michelle is. She has all the expertise, business acumen, and energy a real estate agent needs in the current market, and she is unbelievably personable and genuine to top it off. Michelle helped us sell our run-of-the-mill home in a week by giving us perfect advice on staging and marketing her tail off for us. Just follow her recommendations and your home will sell.
She then helped us buy a home that fit EXACTLY what we were looking for; something I know was very specific and not easy in our price point. She was determined to make our selling/buying experience a positive one. (We have had negative ones in the past and were extremely cautious to say the least.)
Michelle is an expert negotiator to boot. Our buying transaction was not an easy one. The listing agent was less than pleasant to work with, and Michelle was firm when needed and flexible when she knew it was in our best interest. I felt totally confident she could close the impossible deal the way we needed it done, and she did. She was always available to us and answered phone calls and texts promptly, if not immediately. She treated us as family both when we were selling our home and purchasing a new one, and I never once felt like she had her commissions in mind.
She is an incredible person who cared about us as people first. I just can’t say enough about her….really, if you need a realtor, you need Michelle.
